West Suburban Special Recreational Association : Enriching Lives Through Recreation

Community Cruisers is a recreational day program for adults ages 22 and older.

WSSRA is excited to expand our Community Cruisers program two days per week in the winter/spring season on a trial basis. The goal of this program is to emphasize social interaction with peers through community outings, service projects and more! These activities are planned to help our participants develop and enhance their quality of life. Activities may include fitness, field trips, crafts, games, animal/music therapy and more! Additional details and a schedule of activities will be given upon registration.

ENROLMENT
Enrolment is determined by lottery, participants can sign up for multiple days, each day will be pulled separately. See registration process for more information.

REGISTRATION PROCESS

Participants can register during the lottery registration period. Our registration system, Amilia, will add you to the waitlist, which enters you into the lottery.
After the registration period, we will randomly draw participants’ names from the lottery.
Families will be notified via email whether they are registered or waitlisted (reference important registration dates for exact dates).
Registered participants will be invoiced through Amilia, payments must be made by the given deadline to secure your spot in the program. If a payment is not made by the deadline, we will move to the next person on the waitlist. Note: families will have the option to set up a monthly payment plan.
After the lottery deadline, we will reopen registration so participants who missed the lottery registration period can be added to the waitlist.
